A large portion of our program is teaching our clients pre-vocational skills to, one day, secure independent employment in the community.
We visit several employment centers to attend employment workshops, build interviewing techniques, search job postings, and determine the skills required for jobs that interest our clients.
We also help our clients prepare resumes and a master application to use when they are ready to actively seek employment.
Our clients volunteer at nonprofit organizations in the community each week to gain valuable work experience and build professional relationships to add to their resumes.
